I mostly use the System 700 as a straight up bass synth. It has a nice spring reverb inside which is making some underwater sounds in between. To the right side I’m twisting the unique SND Filterbank which is responsible for loads of distortion here.

Next PostNext In March 1999, exactly 20 years ago, Kernkraft 400 was first released on @gigolo_records Here I am in 1999 at the desk where I recorded the song with my MPC 2000 and a tape deck. A couple of weeks ago the crew I used to organize warehouse parties with had left on a bus to Portugal. So I am sitting in our storage room next to the train tracks and I am making music all day long, sleeping on the couch and surviving on Doner Kebap
